1. Motorcycle Reservations & Vehicle Sales
All motorcycle showroom reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a standard reservation deposit. Quotations and listed LKR prices are subject to prevailing Sri Lanka Customs duties, government taxes, and foreign currency exchange adjustments at the time of customs clearance.
2. Showroom Warranty Terms
Our standard 24-month mechanical warranty covers engine and transmission mechanical failure under normal operating parameters, provided all scheduled periodic maintenance is performed at the Prestige Bikes authorized service facility in Ja-Ela using OEM-approved fluids.
3. VIP Test Ride Policy
To ensure participant and road safety, test rides require a valid Sri Lankan Class A driving license and a signed waiver agreement. Riders must adhere to designated test routes accompanied by a dealership escort. Prestige Bikes reserves the right to decline or reschedule test rides during adverse weather conditions.
4. Trade-In Evaluations
Preliminary online valuations are non-binding estimates based on user-provided descriptions. Final binding purchase offers or trade-in credits are issued following physical vehicle inspection, chassis scan, and revenue license verification at our Ja-Ela showroom.
